Ayodhya : An Unyielding Battle

Oh damn! Religionists are back again With their sharp intellects and innovations. Now they want a piece of cake to relish their growing appetites.Their respective faiths are more to them then their own conscience. The two parties involved have been on war since the time of their births.Hate has always been their best friend and their best weapon too.Now they want their land back. But its not at all surprising anyway. One must have been sleeping since years until it realized it has lost something and one must have been drooling around thinking its all his. They are no ones but Hindus and Muslims, respectively.

So here they are, fighting for their Gods, lands, statues, cemetries, boundary walls and their respective places of worship. Even though some of them have given up the topic sensing its not worth fighting for, most of them are still running their heads like bullet trains. They dont care they are getting aged, they dont care India still is an under developed country, they dont care for somebody's hunger and they dont care that this battle has given nothing to any of them. Its the battle in UP, for a place called Ayodhya.

Well well, when it comes to religion, every sleeping person (particularly in India) wakes up. While in school, children are taught Unity In Diversity. Even though in some places, this tag still exists, but those places are very few. There were some articles in Indian Express that were specifically based on such villages that can teach our countrymen how to live in harmony. Though i dont remember their names, I salute them.Lets come back to the dispute. Even Ram might be quite embarassed now, so would be Allah. This thing seems like a never ending Saas Bahu saga.Even those soaps have come to an end, when will this issue be over. Seems like a very distant planet, hard to reach, and if did reached, would their be a possibility of survival.Thats the biggest question. Why dont we just move on????

Myths have turned to realities. So is the myth called God.And each personal God has brought more of war. So god is nothing but God of War. How can we, therefore, still put our hearts out in blind faith for someone non existent.None of these religions can bear the sight of a worship place near theirs. hasnt your GOD made earth for everyone. While they couldnt bear Babri on their GOD's birthplace, the other one's could hardly find another place to worship. Hindus were sleeping since 500 years when the masjid was created, never bothered at the 1st instance when it was being built. 60 years ago, somebody woke up, just to start something thats one of the blackest instances of India's history-The Demolition of Babri. And Muslims, are somewhere throwing arrows targeting the air.Did anybody found peace??No??

Now when the court somehow tried to cool things down, dividing (expected) land among both the sections, it still finds itself of no purpose. Some intelligent people have given it up, they know nothing would come out. But fools reamin fools. They will hardly be concerned time, energy, cost being spent to fight these void cases. The blame game is always on. Nobody is realising its all political conspiracy, to gain votes and thrash the living hell out of hearts, but everyone is binded by religion. Now this judgement would be appealed against in Supreme Court and what comes to my mind is Sunny Deol "TAREEKH PE TAREEKH".Both the parties will come head to head again, fighting for something thats unachievable, that is, Victory. Even if one wins, the plots will keep being laid down until revenge is taken. None of them would leave any leaf unturned to see how much they can degrade themselves fighting this Hindu vs Muslim battle.Generations would come and go, and until those generations understand this is of no use, the battle will continue. But as far as today's youth is concerned, they are not interested anymore in such issues (recent surveys in newspapers). This means someday, this will fade. And there would exist an India, taught in books. And that generation would hardly care for religions and politics, because their focus would be the building of India, from an under-developed nation to a country who loves LIFE and its citizens. An INDIA-for-all.
