Raj Ghat
Firsr,My Salute to Gandhiji.
.....I had nothing to do except to wait for train scheduled at 2:45...so went to Rajghat to see Gandhiji...so had a chance of getting close to him at least on earth...
It was disheartening to see young school boys(grey sweaters...see pic) teasing foreigners......especially young gals....i donno y there's so much of scarcity of security at Rajghat...isnt this place supposed to be of national Importance??......is this the way we welcome guests???..........INCREDIBLE INDIA???
So i went to the guard to complain about those morons......and after a few minutes of war with him,convinced him to move them away from there.....they didnt care that they were at a place where Father of the Nation is present........this is what we teach our school children.....great....it was seriously unfortunate........but that gaurd and the shoe-keeper(nice guy) succeeeded in removing those educated donkeys from there later......
!.There was no security at the front gate.....What???.......arent these places open to attacks???........just think.......what will be done if something worse happens...???
2.The securities inside(i.e. the samadhi) are not allowed to deal with matters outside the 4 walls of samadhi.......the guard said to me that the front gaurd will take care.....and i was told that most of the police people are always absent.......they get salaries for what??
And yeah.......while i was taking pics of flowers,those school children(diff school) thought i am from a foreign country too.....a boy walked upto me & said,"Are u from England?"......
I said,"No..."
He:"Then where are u from?"
Me:" M nt from england."
He:"Do u know Hindi?"
Me:"Kya Sunega??"
He became dumb after hearing this...he kept looking at me as if he was stunned.....and i was laughing inside.....
Anyway he kept asking that i shud give my number to him or take his........nd i cudnt stop asking y y y......his whole group came to see me.......they all tried their best to tease me.....helpless fellows.......learnt i am from faridabad...........& came to know they from a Gold something School in Janakpuri.....no wonder govt school kids........and their expected behaviour at public places.......What a Drag!!
Story over....i just want to tell that our system is so careless......please treat foreigners well.......or stop that foolish campaign of Incredible India......with what impression will they leave the country........nd respect Gandhiji......plz.....India.
